WP4 Learning platform and “In-Service” Training Programme
The objectives of implementing the WP4 will closely align with the overarching goals of the EmpowerHer project, which aims to empower migrant women through entrepreneurship education and capacity building. By correlating the objectives of the project with those of the EmpowerHer initiative, we can anticipate the following correlations:
(1) Equip adult educators and career counselors with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively assist migrant women in initiating and managing their entrepreneurial ventures, particularly in the realm of social entrepreneurship, leveraging the tools and methodologies provided by the EmpowerHer project.
(2) Introduce innovative digital training delivery methods and materials accessible through the eLearning platform, enabling educators and counselors to facilitate comprehensive and engaging training experiences for migrant women entrepreneurs.
(3) Implement in-service training sessions, including LTTA face-to-face sessions and cascade model training, to enhance educators' understanding, skills, and perspectives. This approach will ensure improved delivery of training and enable the achievement of specific learning outcomes for migrant women, covering topics such as Flipped Classroom Methodology, utilization of the EmpowerHer Mobile App, design thinking, and utilization of online digital learning resources.
(4) Foster a project-oriented mindset among educators and support consultants, enabling them to better support migrant women in completing each module of the EmpowerHer Curriculum. This includes providing guidance on navigating the curriculum, addressing challenges, and fostering an environment conducive to learning and empowerment.
(5) Enhance educators' proficiency in utilizing new online digital learning resources available through the eLearning platform, ensuring they can effectively incorporate these resources into their training sessions to maximize learning outcomes for migrant women entrepreneurs.
