WP3 Mobile app and app contents development

Work Package 3 (WP3) focuses on developing a native mobile application for IOS and Android platforms, delivering 60 Micro Learning Resources in alignment with the Flipped Classroom methodology. These resources, 10 per module, encompass diverse formats such as text, videos, and quizzes.

Additionally, WP3 aims to compile a minimum of 25 Case Studies featuring successful migrant women entrepreneurs, alongside at least 10 video interviews with local entrepreneurs. The package includes the creation of 6 module assessments and the introduction of 7 Badges (1 per Module and 1 Super Badge) to incentivize participant engagement through gamification. The overarching aim of WP3 is to provide innovative digital training delivery methods and materials accessible via the eLearning platform. Through in-service training and face-to-face sessions, adult educators and career counselors will gain proficiency in supporting migrant women in entrepreneurship, especially in social entrepreneurship. The training covers Flipped Classroom Methodology, utilizing the EmpowerHer Mobile App, Design Thinking, and guiding women through the EmpowerHer Curriculum. Educators will also learn to utilize the eLearning platform to ensure effective learning outcomes among migrant women beneficiaries.
