WP2 Curriculum for Digital Content and Social Entrepreneurship
This Work Package seeks to develop a practical and accessible training program that emphasizes bite-size, interactive courses designed for quick knowledge acquisition. The intention is to support migrant women in recognizing and valuing their existing skills, understanding their motivation for self-employment, and inspiring them to explore new self-employment opportunities.
The curriculum is structured around 6 modules, focusing on a area of social entrepreneurship and digital skills. From understanding the legal aspects of setting up a social enterprise to mastering digital competencies necessary for today's business environment, the program covers a comprehensive range of topics. These include design thinking, entrepreneurial essentials, soft skills for entrepreneurs, digital business competencies, and strategies for e-entrepreneurship.
